For arguments sake if prosecution for being a member of a legal political party is on the cards then everyone who is a member of any legal political party should be prosecuted. If it is left up to a jury then they will taint it with their feelings for that party.

It should be automated. The only difference should be is there are other options. for example a charge of murder. the person may be guilty of killing someone but murder No. An option for unlawfulkilling with a reduced sentence should be automatically considered which it is not now.

Still think that if you want goodpeople on these panelsyou need more money.Baghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09972525000973914288noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14425643.post-72349474513413772122007-07-30T15:27:00.000+01:002007-07-30T15:27:00.000+01:00I think you got the wrong blog entry but heres my ...I think you got the wrong blog entry but heres my response:

You might save more than you think because no one is going to do it for £13K I would think.

Those leaving college who don't want to go to university might. They are also going to get more money the more experienced they are.

i don't think juries should be deciding sentences either. I think judges are well out of touch in general and the whole area needs an overhaul.

i don't think juries should be deciding sentences either.
