People have lost faith with police

The public is losing faith in the police with only four out of ten saying they can be relied on to deal with minor crimes, according to a report yesterday.

Only 47 per cent of those questioned for the British Crime Survey felt police were 'there when they were needed'.

And only 41 per cent said they believed an officer could be depended upon to help if they were the victim of a less serious offence.

The survey, carried out by the Home Office and considered the most authoritative in the country, also found that only 51 per cent thought officers in their area did a good or excellent job.

Is it any wonder people are losing faith in the police when they don’t even concentrate on crime anymore and instead just persecute people like Ben Smith for having an England flag in his car.

If people aren’t happy with the police then the police’s £40 million spent on public relations obviously isn’t working. Maybe they should have spent that money on 1,400 extra police and people might trust them a bit more.

7 years for raping children or hating gays

What world is our government working in? They believe that if you talk negatively about homosexuals you should get 7 years in prison. The government should realise that we had a little thing called freedom of speech before these fascist came into power and we don’t want our freedom of speech to be destroyed any more just so that they can pander to minority interests.

A paedophile has just been jailed for 7 years for abusing a girl from the age of 5. He destroyed her life and she almost killed herself a number of times and yet the government is saying that telling people you hate gays is a crime equal to that of raping a little girl from the age of 5. What kind of perverted logic do our rulers operate under?

Is it the same perverted logic that stopped a paedophile victim from informing other parents that her rapist was living in their area after being released from prison after 7 years?

If the government believes that hating gays and raping young girls are crimes that are equal then they lack basic judgement and should not be trusted with the running of this country.

Women to escape justice (2)

A major review of prisons in
England and Wales is to recommend closing nearly all women's prisons and replacing them with small custodial units, it has been reported.

The recommendations from Government trouble-shooter Lord Carter of Coles would also see high-risk offenders housed in new "federal" style jails, the Times newspaper said.

Lower-risk criminals would be contained in so-called community prisons, with many short-term inmates in open facilities offering treatment for addictions and other resettlement programmes, it added.

This ‘major review’ has already happened, infact I blogged about it in March. This one has a few minor changes. The government must have figured that lots of people didn’t like the first policy that they had to change it to make it more acceptable, hoping no one would figure out that they have already announced it.

Topsy turvy law

A boy of 14 who shot a schoolgirl in the face with an air rifle has escaped punishment because prosecutors claim he was too young to know what he was doing.

Lorna De-Ste-Croix, 15, was yesterday still at home recovering from surgery after the unprovoked attack in June, which left a lead pellet embedded behind her right eye and nearly blinded her.

Yet the Crown Prosecution Service has told Lorna's family, of West End, near Southampton, that no action will be taken against the boy who fired the rifle.

It says he was too young to appreciate the dangers of his firing the rifle from 6ft away - even though he was four years above the minimum age of criminal responsibility in England.

A 14 year old didn’t know the consequences of his actions? What world is that prosecutor on? If a 14 year old didn’t know the consequences of his actions why then did the police fine a girl of 10 for writing on a neighbour’s wall in crayon? Surely if he never knew the consequences the little girl also didn’t?

Police committing crime

You know crime is out of control when even police are encouraged to get in on the action. In Worcester, if you don’t lock up your bike up the police have been told that they can take it without telling you. This is effectively stealing and who are you going to phone if someone has stolen your bike? If the police can break the law why can’t we?

It’s also legal for the police to hit you with their car and then fine you for denting the police car. How nice of them. Maybe it’s now ok for you to punch them in the face and get them arrested for assault when your knuckles come back slightly bruised.

I don’t know how the police have the cheek to do this sort of thing to law abiding people but things need to change and the police have got to stop thinking they are our superiors.

Prison officers strike, paedos get money

What the hell is going on in our prisons? We all know about the strike of the prison officers. While the government didn’t have enough money to give the prison officers their pay rise they decided to give £2 to every paedophile and rapist for their good behaviour during the prison strike. I don’t want any of these perverts getting any money. I don’t care if it is only £2. They shouldn’t get anything.

Is it any wonder that the prison officers go on strike when they are attacked in prisons by terrorists and then those terrorists aren’t even held to account for their actions by being imprisoned longer because it isn’t in the public interest? Since when is it not in the public interest to jail terrorists for longer?

Our prison system has become a joke. No wonder the prison officers want to go on strike. They deserve more money for putting up with all the crap from the government.

Government to abduct child over future abuse

A pregnant woman has been told that her baby will be taken from her at birth because she is deemed capable of "emotional abuse", even though psychiatrists treating her say there is no evidence to suggest that she will harm her child in any way.

Social services' recommendation that the baby should be taken from Fran Lyon, a 22-year-old charity worker who has five A-levels and a degree in neuroscience, was based in part on a letter from a paediatrician she has never met.

Hexham children's services, part of Northumberland County Council, said the decision had been made because Miss Lyon was likely to suffer from Munchausen's Syndrome by proxy, a condition unproven by science in which a mother will make up an illness in her child, or harm it, to draw attention to herself.

Under the plan, a doctor will hand the newborn to a social worker, provided there are no medical complications. Social services' request for an emergency protection order - these are usually granted - will be heard in secret in the family court at Hexham magistrates on the same day.

From then on, anyone discussing the case, including Miss Lyon, will be deemed to be in contempt of the court.

What has this country come to when the government can legally abduct a child and then be allowed to silence any opposition to it? What the hell has happened?

They say she is deemed capable of emotional abuse but isn’t every capable of emotional abuse? What exactly is the criteria for emotional abuse? Couldn't she make a human rights case like the murderer of the head teacher did? Surely she is also entitled to a right a family life?

Justice is a joke

After defending passengers from a drunken yob, ex rail guard Paul Yarwood, has now lost his job, could lose his house and has been charged with threatening behaviour and is due in court in December. You would think that rail guards who actually stick up for passengers would be applauded especially considering assaults on rail staff have risen 8% to 3000 cases a year.

Yobs are winning our streets because the government no longer sees fit to punish criminals who make communities hell. Lord Sudbury thought he would make a citizens arrest after a yob launched a foul mouthed rant and then threw his bike at the peer.

Like any normal person Lord Sudbury was pretty angry and chased the boy down and waited for the police to arrive who reprimanded the peer and then they had the cheek to later make a statement saying "Members of the public should always have a regard for their own personal safety and our advice is to call the police immediately."

That would be a good idea if the police actually arrived or did anything useful. Why didn’t the police come when a man cradled is thug battered son? Why did they have the cheek to tell the dad to write to his MP instead of calling the police? Just what are the police for? I am sure if the attack was racial they would have rushed to the scene. Infact judging by this story I am correct. There have only been 3 racial attacks in the area but the police have decided to increase patrols there. If these were just simple muggings I doubt they would step up patrols.

Infact rather than arresting people for serious criminal behaviour the police seem to be focusing on solving stupid crimes like prosecuting a 12 year old for throwing a cocktail sausage.

Why are police and the courts going after stupid targets rather than going after people that actually deserve prison? Why was Michael Porter, a Jehovah’s Witness given a community sentence instead of prison time for sexually assaulting children as young as 18 months? What type of sick judge would let him off so easily?

Stuart Brown is a doctor who savagely hit his wife more than 24 times. He earns £100,000 per year so the judge didn’t even send him to prison. He was just fined £500. Tell me, how is that a deterrent not to do it again? The judge should be ashamed of himself.

Guard takes on yob and is sacked and arrested

What happens when you are a security guard who stops a yob from terrorising train passengers? If the experience of Paul Yarwood is anything to go by you will be sacked from your job, forced to sell your home because you can no longer afford the mortgage and be arrested and sent to court for threatening behaviour while the yob gets £80 for smoking in a public place.

Am I the only one that thinks that this is extremely stupid? It seems I am not the only one because his union is defending him and has already staged two local strikes which have been unsuccessful.

Criminal dies, victim to be charged

I blogged yesterday that a man was arrested after a burglar fell out of a window after a fight with the person who was living there. I now have some good news and bad news.

The good news is that the burglar won’t be doing it again because he is dead. The bad news is that the owner could be facing a murder charge for defending his home and making the country a little bit better.

As far as I am concerned the killing was justified. If you don’t want to get hurt or be killed you shouldn’t be in homes where you don’t belong. The people in the homes should have every right to beat the shit out of anyone in their home illegally. If the criminals die it is unlucky for them.

Man defends home and gets arrested

It’s probably a good thing that an elderly woman merely confronted two burglars and never actually attacked them. If she did she probably would have been arrested. Don’t believe me? Take this story as an example.

A man confronted a burglar who was rifling through his flat. The burglar then fell out of a window and had to be taken to hospital. The man was then arrested for suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was later released on bail until November pending further inquiries. If charged and convicted the arrested man could face life imprisonment.

I don’t know how we can call that justice. As far as I am concerned if you are on the property illegally you should expect your life to be threatened. If more people attacked burglars, including killing them there would be a lot less of them as they wouldn’t want to risk their life.

Injustice

From the
BNP site:

A very unpleasant story this afternoon from our SE England Regional Organiser - a story that is typical of these debased times and one that should have the blood boiling in the veins of every true Briton!

Yet another injustice against our people.

In the BNP we are used to some horrendous stories of injustice and prejudice against the indigenous population but what follows beggars belief!

The story starts in the first week of October when there was rioting in the Dedworth area of Windsor. This was centred on a Muslim owned dairy in which, without planning consent, a section was being used as an Islamic Centre. Those using it were not only blocking the access for residents but also verbally abusing them.

With this heightened tension, the spark that ignited the rioting was when a 15-year old boy was assaulted by young adults from the centre. His sister went to remonstrate with them and she was physically assaulted and her car wrecked, over £3,000 of damage was done by Muslim males wielding iron bars and baseball bats.

By an extraordinary coincidence the mother of the brother and sister happened upon the scene as she was walking their dog. She too was assaulted!

Police reluctant to act!

Initially, the police declined to take any action at all. When pressed they condescended to take notes and report it, but not as a racially motivated incident. They informed the two females that, as they could not recognise their assailants - there was nothing they, the Police, could do!

After a period of weeks, and once the situation had calmed down, at the request of our local members we leafleted the area. There were 34 activists out, and such was our reception, that we were being stopped on the street and asked for leaflets. To date we have had over 100 enquiries and membership applications – as recently reported on by the British National Party’s Regional Voices.

Cries for help from public

However, what was particularly disturbing was that within hours our help line was receiving calls, mainly from elderly women who just wanted someone to talk to and to listen to their fears and problems. In some cases I was on the phone to individuals for over an hour reassuring them that we would be able to help if there was more trouble and just to call the number. Interestingly, none of the callers wanted to talk to their local councillors because they felt betrayed by them, that their fears were not understood and that they would be dismissed as `racist`!

Last week I received a rather strange call on the help line from a close friend of a person who had been charged with an offence under our oppressive race laws, requesting a meeting and the help of the BNP.

Ex-serviceman with disturbing tale to tell

I duly arrived at the appointed time and place and met the close friend. The person I was due to meet eventually arrived well over an hour and half late and carrying a plastic bag with some items in it.

I was then told the most strange and disturbing story:

The person I met was a male, obviously not well and aged, I thought, about 60. Three days after the assaults and after playing darts in the local pub, having had a large number of beers he was walking home and his route took him past the scene of the assaults. As he did a reporter came out of the shadows and accosted him, asking him what his feelings were about the incident. In rather robust and salty language he replied that he had fought them in Iraq and it now appeared he had to fight them in his neighbourhood.

Others came out of the shadows and promptly arrested him, kept him in a police cell and eventually charged him with a `race` crime!

As I have said, the man was obviously unwell and yet he told me that the police had denied him his medication, despite his requests for such, for a considerable period of time.

Exemplary history of service to our country

Now we come to the most appalling and disgraceful part of this story.

The man is actually aged 44, has spent 24 years in the Army and is broken by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - for which he is on constant medication. He is managing to hold down a job in security with the MoD.

His Army career included 4 tours of Northern Ireland, Kosovo and the Gulf War. The plastic bag contained a scrapbook in pristine condition, with all his discharge papers and recommendations from his CO to any prospective employers, plus his service medals - including his Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.

He has an exemplary record and has never been in trouble.

By the most bizarre coincidence he also happens to be the father of the two youngsters assaulted and the estranged husband of the assaulted woman! And, as he was walking past the scene, he was thinking of what had previously happened there when he was accosted by the reporter.

Ex-soldier charged under Race Act

He has now been charged and is due to appear in Court on 20th December. He cannot even begin to think about Christmas as he is worried sick about what is going to happen to him and, as he was telling me all this, he was close to tears.

He then told me that only 5 days previously he was at the Remembrance Service standing proudly in his Sunday Best, wearing his Medals and remembering the mates he had lost. At this point he burst into tears, threw his medals across the floor, and asked why no one cared about him when he had given his life and health to the service of his country?

What could I say! I was nearly in tears myself, as I am whilst I write this.

How a person, an old soldier be treated like this? What is our country coming to?

Why did the Police not console him, take him home and make him a cup of tea?

My promise to him was that I would do all I could.

We need to publicise this nationwide.

We need to demonstrate outside the Court.

We need to make sure that those in authority responsible for this travesty are held to account!
