Asian children are victims of political correctness

Social workers and police are ignoring abuse in Asian families out of political correctness, a charity said today.

Pressure to 'respect other cultures' meant nothing was done to protect victims and cases were handled badly, according to the NSPCC.

A report said Asians responsible for violence against children used their culture and religion as a shield to cover and justify abuse.

NSPCC manager Saleha Islam said: 'Asian children and their mothers suffer the double injustice of a community that would rather save face than deal with domestic violence and a system that lacks cultural understanding and so hides behind political correctness.'

Why are police putting political correctness before the welfare of children. It shouldn’t matter what the culture was in the backward country which they came from. They are in this country and should conform to our cultures and laws and not their own barbaric customs.

Political correctness is putting the lives of children at risk just so Asians don’t have their feelings hurt. The police and socisal services are much worse than the Asians that actually do this because they have the power to stop it from happening yet choose to sit by and do nothing while children are abused.

People have lost faith with police

The public is losing faith in the police with only four out of ten saying they can be relied on to deal with minor crimes, according to a report yesterday.

Only 47 per cent of those questioned for the British Crime Survey felt police were 'there when they were needed'.

And only 41 per cent said they believed an officer could be depended upon to help if they were the victim of a less serious offence.

The survey, carried out by the Home Office and considered the most authoritative in the country, also found that only 51 per cent thought officers in their area did a good or excellent job.

Is it any wonder people are losing faith in the police when they don’t even concentrate on crime anymore and instead just persecute people like Ben Smith for having an England flag in his car.

If people aren’t happy with the police then the police’s £40 million spent on public relations obviously isn’t working. Maybe they should have spent that money on 1,400 extra police and people might trust them a bit more.

Dumbledore's chamber of secrets revealed

Harry Potter author JK Rowling has revealed that one of her characters, Hogwarts school headmaster Albus Dumbledore, is gay.

She made her revelation to a packed house in New York's Carnegie Hall on Friday, as part of her US book tour.

She took audience questions and was asked if Dumbledore found "true love".

"Dumbledore is gay," she said, adding he was smitten with rival Gellert Grindelwald, who he beat in a battle between good and bad wizards long ago.

Why did she have to go and ‘out’ Dumbledore? Why couldn’t sexuality be kept out of Harry Potter? Most of us are sick of homosexual propaganda. We couldn’t care less if someone we knew was gay but we don’t want their propaganda to be constantly forced fed to us.

I wonder if I can get 7 years for saying that? I wonder if the next story there will be a homophobic wizard getting dragged before a wizard court and sentenced to 7 years for homophobic remarks.

War on drugs surrenders to political correctness

Something is seriously wrong when you can’t investigate Vietnamese drug gangs because it could be classed as racist.

Vietnamese drugs barons control 75% of the cannabis production in this country so it would be common sense to put your resources into catching these people. Unfortunately in today’s world common sense doesn’t play a part.

Going easy on drug addicts is also the way to go these days. Junkies are being offered rounds of golf at the taxpayers' expense under a drugs rehabilitation programme.

Drug users have been kitted out with free shoes, gloves and clubs through the Drugs Intervention Programme (DIP). That’s only happening in Hartlepool though. In the rest of the country cocaine and heroin addicts on a government treatment programme are being offered extra drugs as a reward for good behaviour which costs £500m a year.

The Samaritans isn't inclusive enough

A branch of the Samaritans has had its application for a £300,000 lottery grant rejected because, it was told, it does not do enough for the disadvantaged, asylum seekers and ethnic minorities.

The volunteers in Sheffield take 22,000 calls a year, offering round-the-clock support to desperate people throughout Yorkshire and Humberside every day.

But they could soon find themselves homeless because they cannot afford to refurbish new premises after being rejected by the lottery. At the same time, the Big Lottery Fund is to give £360,000 of public money to a project offering advice to prostitutes.

Why should diversity play a role in deciding lottery money? How do they know that the Samaritans don’t help ethnic minorities? At the end of a phone call trying to persuade someone not to commit suicide it wouldn’t exactly be a good idea to ask them to fill out a customer satisfaction survey would it.

I think that the Samaritans do help ethnic minorities and if they don’t they should still have received the money so they could help them. Maybe talking to the Samaritans would stop so many abused Asian women from committing suicide after-all young Asian women are 3 times more likely to be suicidal than white British women.

More than 21,000 girls under 15 in England and Wales are estimated to be at serious risk of being forced into genital mutilation and a further 11,000 over-eights are highly likely already to have been subjected to the practice, according to research. Aren’t these types of ethnic minorities likely to commit suicide too?

Surely this shows that it is probable that the Samaritans do help ethnic minorities and by the Lottery criteria they should be given the grant.

Good news for gay doggers

Are you a gay man? Enjoy the dogging scene? Hate to be disturbed while giving another man pleasure in public? If you answered yes to all of these you no longer have anything to fear. If this story is anything to go by the people who disturb you will now be punished.

This isn’t a joke. 4 men were actually performing sex acts and were disturbed by firemen who shone their torches from the engine into bushes which interrupted their sex act. One of the gay men wasn’t having this after all he couldn’t finish what he was doing. The man complained and said the firemen were being homophobic. I would have thought they liked a man in uniform.

The Bristol fire service took this homophobic complaint seriously. The firefighters were suspended on full pay during a three month investigation. Two were fined up to £1,000, one was demoted in rank and the other given a written warning.

They have all been ordered to attend an equality course and the fines will be donated to a nominated gay-rights charity.

One being mooted is the Jamaican Forum for Lesbians All-Sexuals and Gays (J-FLAG) although no final decision has been made.

The gay complainant is happy that justice has been served on the firemen who wouldn’t join the fun. The gay man also won’t be arrested for his disgusting behaviour which should have been done in his own home if it was going to be done at all. Atleast justice has been done…

Police force has common sense

Police recruits who fail anti-racism tests are not being barred from becoming serving officers.

Forces are bending their own rules to allow would-be constables to sign up, even if they flunk role-playing exercises designed to root out prejudice.

The situation was revealed after Hampshire Constabulary invited one applicant back for an interview and fitness assessment, despite not making the grade in the "respect for diversity" test.

Keith Jarrett, president of the National Black Police Association, said: "These criteria are set for a reason. The fact they are being ignored shows the duplicity of the police service.

"This lack of respect for a worthwhile exam means people who are unfit to be police officers may be allowed in."

How is a test to see if you are brainwashed a worthwhile exam? Surely the police exam should be based the ability to do the job and not how well you will pander to minorities?

Police should be tested on their ability to do the day to day job of catching criminals. Everything else is irrelevant and should not be tested on.

Greggs falls to Islam

BAKERY giants Greggs have installed a Muslims-only toilet at their new Scottish headquarters - despite the fact that no Muslims work there.

Workers at the state-of-the-art factory were shocked when they were given a tour of the building and told a cubicle had been fitted for the use of Muslim employees. The staff said they are baffled at the decision because they are not aware of any Islamic workers at the base in Cambuslang, near Glasgow.

Last night, management at the bakery said they had received several requests from all over the country for the exclusive facility. All their new buildings will now be fitted with the specialised toilet regardless of the number of Muslims in the workforce.

I like sausage rolls from Greggs but I will now be boycotting their stores for caving in to Islam. It’s bad enough that our banks and supermarkets are caving in to the demands of Muslims and it’s about time that these organisation were punished for their betrayal of British people.

Problem solved

IN ONE fell swoop, the Scottish Government has solved the country's costly NEET problem - by renaming it.

The education secretary Fiona Hyslop has rejected the acronym, which means "not in education, employment or training". She believes it "labels" unemployed youngsters.

Instead she refers to the estimated 35,000 teenagers who choose to claim benefits rather than study or work, as those in need of "more choices, more chances".

A study by Westminster's education department in 2002 calculated each NEET youngster cost the country £45,000 in benefits.

How is this going to achieve anything? How does it label youngsters? I have never heard anyone talking about NEETs or calling layabouts that.

The SNP seem to like rebranding exercises that don’t achieve anything. They seem more useless and politically correct than Labour and I didn’t think that was possible.

Red Arrows banned from Olympics

THE Red Arrows have been banned from performing at the
2012 London Olympics as they are too BRITISH.

Barmy organisers claim the popular RAF display team’s military background “might offend other nations”.

The decision has left pilots, who were set to perform their best-ever display at the opening ceremony, in a state of outrage.

Seeing as we are hosting the Olympics we should be showing the best bits of Britain and banning the red arrows is just a stupid idea that should have never have been given the time of day but our barmy officials hate everything that is British.

No smoking signs for under cover police

You might think that the smoking ban is barmy and if you do it’s about to go into a whole new level of barmyness. Police will now have to put up no smoking signs in their vehicles. The rule also includes police cars with undercover police inside.

This will of course compromise undercover police work Labour isn’t going to let a little thing like crime fighting get in the way of the nanny state. They would rather let thousands of criminals escape than allow the police to light up a cigarette.

I wonder if organisations like MI5 have to do the same thing. Wouldn’t it be strange if they had to do it while following Islamic fundos that wanted to blow up a few things?

Britain will spend millions on EU opt-outs

Space research, French films and tropical tuna may not be taxpayers' priorities but they are among causes Britons will be spending millions to promote, courtesy of the European Union, next year.

A copy of the proposed EU budget for 2008 seen by this newspaper reveals that bureaucrats in Brussels will spend swathes of their £84 billion budget, including £10.5 billion of British money, on politically correct initiatives which would seem to have little benefit to Britain.

Why do we have to spend money on this crap when the majority of people in this country don’t want anything to do with the EU? Why can’t our leaders put the people of this country first for once and give us a referendum?

Stop everything! Racial crime committed!

You would think that with all the gang violence and gang shootings going on the police would have something important to focus on. Apparently that isn’t the case. Tugging on a head scarf in now a crime. It’s not just a crime but a possibly racially motivated crime which caused the police to appeal for witnesses because it is that serious.

One of the men was aged 20 to 25, 5ft 10in and of medium build. He had rough skin on his face and was wearing a grey T-shirt and dark trousers. The other was 5ft 6in, stocky with short fair hair.

If you know the suspects you should drop everything and tell the police. It is that serious.

BBC drops Casualty episode to avoid offending Muslims

The BBC has dropped plans to show a fictional terror attack in an episode of Casualty to avoid offending Muslims.

The first show of the hospital drama's new series was to have featured a storyline about an explosion caused by Islamic extremists.

Now the bomb will be set off by animal rights campaigners instead.

Why are the news channels trying to appease the Muslims all the time? Surprisingly the BBC isn’t the only news channel appeasing Muslims and they aren’t doing the best job of it either. Last night ITV showed a documentary about what Jesus means to Muslims.

Why do the media have to constantly appease Muslims and worry about offending them with everything they do?

More multicultural propoganda

The multicultists seem to be forcing multiculturalism down our throats more lately. It is of course mostly in an attempt to appease the Muslims before they start anything but it isn’t just about the Muslims. Oxo has got in on it and decided that they are going to bring back the Oxo family advert for the 21st century meaning the family will be a multicultural one. Oh goody. I can’t wait…

Now, back to the good old Muslims. Hospital staff in Scotland have been told to eat away from their desks to avoid offending Muslims during Ramadan.

ITV has decided to appease the Muslims too, with a documentary about Jesus not actually being the son of God but being a prophet of Allah. I don’t think ITV would dare create a documentary claiming Muhammed was not the last prophet but there ya go. Multiculturalism and Islam in particular is being forced down the throats of people who are sick of it but this will continue for a long time.

Whites shunned by government

Boosting the performance of ethnic minorities is back on the agenda for government. There is no mention of helping white people even though white children have less spent on their education than black children who are entitled to grants worth hundreds of million of pounds.

The government have commissioned a report which says that black teenagers need better role models. There is of course nothing on white teenagers needing better role models but these days the government don’t seem to care about us. They are even forcing drama groups to hire black actors so they can actually do their shows. This was shown when some amateur drama enthusiasts wanted to stage the Full Monty but because one of the actors in the film was black they have been forbidden from doing it unless they find a black actor willing to do it.

Fat Buddha is not an option says council

A Buddhist businessman who wants to call his Chinese restaurant Fat Buddha has angered council chiefs - who claim the name will upset Buddhists.

Eddie Fung's £1.3million restaurant will open in Durham next month, creating 60 jobs.

But the restaurateur was astonished when Tracey Ingle, the city council's head of cultural services, demanded he change the name because it was 'provocative'.

Mr Fung, you can’t go around calling Buddha fat. You might offend Buddhists you don’t know and then they might not want to come to Durham anymore which would be tragic. Why don’t you call your restaurant Big Boned Buddha. It would be acceptable and it wouldn’t imply that he is slightly on the obese side. Just a suggestion.

Is it just me or have councils started getting a bit more idiotic than usual?

Council bans St George bandana

A black dustman has been banned from wearing a St George's Cross bandana because council officials say it could be regarded as racist.

Matthew Carter, 35, who was born in Barbados, used the headgear to keep his dreadlocks out of the way while he was on his rounds in Burnley, Lancs. He had done so for seven months before his photograph appeared in a local newspaper. A number of local people complained, and his superiors called him.

"I received a verbal warning," Mr Carter said yesterday. "They told me the St George's Cross was not allowed to be seen on any clothing we wear because it could be considered offensive and racist."

Ian McInery, the operational services manager for Pendle council, defended the decision to discipline Mr Carter. He said: "We have made it clear to staff that they are not allowed to put stickers or flags on bin wagons or wear clothing which shows support for a particular team, group or country.

"We can't make one rule for one person and one for another. It's just a common-sense approach that we are sticking to."

Mr Carter still wears a bandana but one that bears the image of a skull and crossbones.

Since when has banning the cross of St George been about common sense? Which self loathing idiots complained to the council?

What are you doing Mr Carter? You can’t wear a skull and crossbones bandana. It’s un-neighbourly. Take it off immediately!

These people are overpaid and under worked. The lot of them should be sacked until they get a bit of common sense.

TV appeal cancelled over racism fears

A police force withdrew plans for a televised appeal to help catch an Afghan suspected of sexually assaulting women after a race watchdog warned that it might spark a violent backlash.

Detectives were due to appear on an episode of ITV's Manhunt to ask for help finding Noorullah Seddiqi, 34.

The Afghan had absconded from bail after being arrested in connection with the rape of one woman and the sexual assault of three others.

Officers working on the case believed the appeal, due to be shown in May, could have proved vital in the search for Seddiqi. They thought he might be working as an unlicensed taxi driver in the south of
England.

But the Chief Constable of the Devon and Cornwall force, Stephen Otter, told officers not to go ahead with the programme after the Devon Racial Equality Council, funded by and affiliated to the Commission for Racial Equality, said the appeal could lead to a racist backlash.

Do these idiots seriously think that we are going to hunt down every afghan man and beat him to a pulp? If they do they are seriously deluded and should never be given jobs where they are paid by the state. If you lack common sense you shouldn’t be making decisions especially if taxpayers are paying your wages.

What about the risk to public safety? Why don’t they care that he could rape some other woman? Why does the risk of perceived racism trump the need for public safety?

Hat tip: Bel is thinking.
