A visit from an MP


My local MP, Vera Baird is coming to my college tomorrow to talk about her work and politics. If I can be arsed asking the Labour MP anything what should it be?

Ask her:
With the act of union anniversary coming up next year can you explain why Scotland is looking for independence, Scottish MP's can vote for laws that will not affect their constituencies in Scotland and why England does not have a parliament of its own if we are in fact a union.

Let's see her wiggle out of that
