Eco-town idea already exists
This passed week Gordon Brown came out and said that he wants to create eco towns which would be environmentally friendly. What he hasn’t told us is that it wasn’t his idea and some of the areas where he wants them have already been chosen to be eco towns before he even came up with it.

Of course it isn't his idea- It dates back to the garden suburbs idea of nineteenth century guild socialists, such as william Morris.
