More protests against new BNP councillors

When Sadie Graham went to take up her seat after being elected as councillor the UAF organised a protest against her.

She is not the only new BNP councillor that had a protest staged against her. When Councillor Michael Simpkins tried to take up his rightful place in the council chamber he was mobbed by angry protesters chanting "Bad for you, bad for me, stop the racist BNP".

Re: anti-BNP protests.

Typical street agitation as practised by Roehm's SA and the SS during Hitler's rise to power.

Though not as violent.

Yet.

I would admit, it IS an insult to their constituents.
It shows the cracks in our so called 'reprsentative' democracy., as in the concept of an elected reprsentative being reprsentative of ALL his constituents.

That is so far frogotten shows how liitle respected and understood the system has become.
