English now foreign language in London primaries

English is now a foreign language in most primary schools in central London, new figures have shown.

In 348 of inner London's 695 primaries, at least 50 per cent of the pupils do not have English as their mother tongue.

Diversity… had enough of it yet?

Liberals will be thinking that this is a good thing because it increases diversity. My question is how is this beneficial?

It’s a tragedy when English is a foreign language most school children in our own capital city.
