Belgian elections are over

This is an update on what was reported almost 2 weeks ago about elections in Belgium. You can read it here. Scroll to the bottom because it’s just a bit about them.

There is good news and bad news.

First I will tell you the bad news. Vlaams belang (the Belgian version of the BNP) didn’t get the 38% of the vote as expected. The good news is that they did get a bigger percentage of the vote that they got last time with 33.5%.

It looks as if nationalism is flourishing all around Europe.

I was going to post this story but I didn't want to upset my visitors with the bad news, but you are right, their percentage of the vote has improved so full credit to you for posting it.

Never Surrender.

Nationalism doing well is never bad news.

They never won more of the vote because the corrupt belgian government decided to allow immigrants to vote for the first time and as you know vlaams belang are anti immigration.
