Killing criminals is a public service
The homeowner who denies killing the burglar who entered his flat will have done a public service if he did actually kill the burglar because it is revealed that the burglar was on bail for a similar crime which could have resulted in him being sent to prison for up to 3 years.
If the homeowner did kill the man he could have saved us around £100,000 and he has lessened the strain on prison overcrowding. The man should be given a medal and rewarded.

This man should be an example to all junkie's that this will happen again and again. I think it is about time that people were allowed to remove any danger from their property without fear of charge.
The man is a Hero and must be treated as one.
What next the Hero's at Glasgow Airport charged with assualt or culpible manslaughter.
